Hokie Dairy Day

Hokie Dairy Day is an annual youth event held by the Dairy Club at Virginia Tech. Youth from across Virginia and neighboring states come to Virginia Tech to learn more about the dairy industry and useful life skills. This year students traveled to Kentland Dairy, the Virginia Tech dairy farm. They then went back on campus to Etgen to learn more. They learned about the milking procedure, nutrition, udder anatomy through a disection, dairy judging, proper ettiquette and more!
